The site had lot of good content (ex. case studies, testimonials, visual assets), but the structure was overly complex and didn’t provide a clear path to the CTAs. The goal was to simplify that architecture, position Adchitects as a trusted end-to-end partner, refresh an outdated design and bring more leads to sales team.
I’ve workshopped a new direction with CEO, prepared a new structure and branding. The result was a minimal and elegant redesign with clear hierarchy, sales funnel and storytelling. In addition to revenue goals, I also presented values, history and culture of the company. The client was very satisfied with the result and leads grew after launching!
I soloed the whole thing, end-to-end: from UX to branding, design system and handoff to the devs.
