SBG Funding SBG Funding is an alternative lender that provides small businesses with funding options. The app was created to simplify the application process, making it easier for businesses to connect with brand’s capital solutions.

CHALLENGE The main challenge was turning complex financial processes into a simple, user-friendly experience. We needed to boost customer conversions, make things easier for partners to manage, and add an admin panel on top of that to give full control over the app’s content. Additionally, the back-end had to connect with the existing data and UI had to combine brand’s current branding with the modern app feel.

SOLUTION We designed and built a web app with key features like interactive data tables (complete with search and filters), an easy-to-use offer system, transaction tracking and custom admin panel for managing content. It also connected smoothly with the existing website data and forms. The result was less friction for users, better engagement, and a satisfied client who’s now working with the team on growing the project further.

MY ROLE I led the product design for app and developed the design system for it, ran workshops, and oversaw the visual direction.
