SBG Funding is an alternative lender that provides small businesses with funding options. Client needed a functional and modern app to connect companies with right capital solutions.

CHALLENGE

The primary goal was to turn complex financial processes into a simple experience. We needed to boost conversion and make the platform easy to manage. On top of that, we had to add an admin panel for full control over app’s content. The back-end had to connect with existing data and interface had to combine brand’s current look with the modern app feel.

SOLUTION

We built a web app consisting of interactive data tables, an easy-to-use offer system, transaction tracking and admin panel. It also connected smoothly with existing data and forms. The result was growth in revenue, user engagement and a satisfied client who continues to work on maintaining and developing the product.

MY ROLE

I led the product design for app and developed the design system for it, ran workshops and oversaw the visual direction.
